Rooted Circle brings Christians together through meaningful events that strengthen faith and community, and we support the ministries that serve them. We partner with churches, ministries and Christian organisations to share their stories, create awareness and connect them with the wider Christian community — collaborating rather than competing, because the mission matters more than any one organisation.
We work together to understand the issues your community faces, research the stories worth telling and produce documentary content that amplifies your work — collaborations that can grow into events, discussions and resources that keep people engaged.
How We Work Together
Our partnership process
Seven stages, shaped around your community. Every partnership is developed according to the partner organisation's needs and available resources.

Discover
We begin with conversation — hearing what your community is facing, what God is already doing, and what you hope people will understand.

Research
We look into the issue together — reading, listening and gathering what is already known — so the project is grounded in truth.

Fund
We work out what the project needs, how it will be resourced, and develop the funding approach together with you.

Document
Where film serves the story, we record interviews and footage that carry the message honestly and with care.

Engage
We host screenings, gatherings or discussions so the story reaches real people and starts real conversation.

Equip
We create resources — discussion guides, courses or practical materials — so the message keeps working after the event.

Measure
We review together what happened, what changed and what could grow, and agree what lasting impact looks like.
Not every partnership moves through every stage, and not every partnership includes a documentary. We start with what your community actually needs.

Each collaboration is developed according to the partner organisation's needs and available resources. Not every partnership requires every stage, and not every partnership includes a documentary. Where we do film, it is to amplify your ministry's own mission — never to replace it or take ownership of it. Rooted Circle is a young organisation, so we begin with a conversation and build from what is genuinely possible right now.
