• Usage data: Anonymous analytics such as pages visited and events viewed, used to improve the platform.
• Communications: Messages you send via the contact form, including your name, email, and message content.

• To confirm event registrations and send booking confirmations, digital passes, and reminders.
• To process payments and issue invoices and donation receipts.

• Event organisers — your name and booking details are shared with the organiser of events you register for, so they can manage attendance.
• Service providers — trusted third parties that help us operate the platform (e.g. email delivery, analytics), under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Booking and payment records are kept for up to seven years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember items in your cart. We also use analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.
